Our bodies like machines
Instructions are input into us through education & discipline.
Any programs that do not function to these rules are considered defective & are attempted to be reprogrammed
Ideas that do not conform are considered insane, quarantined or deleted.
Its a very simple way of looking at things in some ways if you ignore the metaphysical its much like religion.

To try and explain away the complexities of existence.
The fact is that ALL science is based on Maths and unfortunately the universe doesn't stick to the rules. Instead of trying to change the rules we still try and amend the existing formulas to explain everything. Which in turn throws up more questions.
We should stop thinking in terms of right & wrong. Rather embrace this chaotic, random universe to try and manipulate the experiments rather than try to fit strange results around existing formulas.
Formulas have to balance one side of the equation (no matter what is there has to = the other.
However this creates a paradox, if this was true in the universe could not exist as a truly symmetrical universe would cancel its self out.
A simple way to show this is at the big bang ( if it happened its still just a theory) equal amounts of matter & antimatter would have been created. When matter & antimatter collide they cancel each other out.
Therefore the universe would have destroyed itself instantly.
Anyway back to machines
Here are a great set of Documentaries by Adam Curtis around Humans as machines. Very intriguing, especially the 1st which explains one of the major failings with the capitalist system & in its search of more & more profit removes everything but self interest. I never knew the origins of objectivism
